150 KLD Prefabricated Containerised STP Plant for TDI Infra, Agra A New Milestone in Prefabricated STP Solutions by Ventilair Engineers Ventilair Engineers is proud to announce the successful design, manufacturing and installation of a 150 KLD Prefabricated Containerised Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) for TDI Infra, Agra. This project is a significant achievement for us—not only because of its treatment capacity, but because of its compact prefabricated design, technical execution, quality, finishing and overall appearance. Unlike conventional STPs, where treatment tanks are generally constructed in RCC/civil structures, this project has been developed with MS-FRP fabricated tanks, making the complete system highly suitable for a prefabricated and containerised installation approach. A New Achievement in Prefabricated STPs Ventilair Engineers has already successfully executed large-capacity STP projects, including 500 KLD + 500 KLD and other high-capacity installations. However, those projects are primarily based on civil/RCC treatment structures and plant-room configurations. The 150 KLD TDI Infra project represents a different engineering approach—a fully prefabricated and containerised STP solution with MS-FRP tanks. For Ventilair Engineers, this makes the project an important milestone in our journey towards developing modern, modular and aesthetically designed wastewater treatment solutions.
