In today’s evolving landscape of sewage treatment, wastewater recycling, water reuse, and environmental compliance, conventional systems like septic tank–based capsule units or basic bio-tank STP systems are no longer sufficient. These systems often lack complete treatment stages, sludge management, tertiary polishing, and monitoring systems, resulting in inconsistent treated water quality.
The VEPL Modular STP overcomes these limitations by offering a complete multi-stage treatment process, integrating primary treatment, secondary biological treatment, tertiary filtration, and advanced ultra-filtration (UF) within a single modular structure.
A Complete STP System – Not Just a Capsule
Unlike ordinary package STP or mini STP systems, which typically operate on septic or anaerobic treatment, Ventilair’s system is a fully engineered STP plant, ensuring efficient removal of BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand), COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), TSS (Total Suspended Solids), oil & grease, and pathogens.
The process flow includes:
Screening → Oil & Grease Trap → Equalization Tank → Aeration Tank (MBBR Media Based Biological Treatment) → Secondary Clarifier → Treated Water Tank → Pressure Sand Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → UF System → Disinfection (Chlorination/UV)
This makes it suitable for sewage water treatment, grey water recycling, black water treatment, and reuse applications like flushing, gardening, HVAC cooling, and process reuse.
