We are excited to share our latest installation — a Capsule Type Hybrid Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) designed and commissioned by Ventilair Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (VEPL) for Amush Cement, located in District Jhalawar, Rajasthan.
Unlike traditional STPs, our Hybrid Capsule Type STP integrates all essential accessories within a compact, efficient design. Traditional systems often face limitations such as no proper sludge removal system and disinfection challenges. To overcome these, our new model includes:
Automatic sludge management system
UV disinfection unit for effective pathogen removal
Filtration system for water reuses
Optional Ultrafiltration (UF) unit (for achieving <10 BOD) — allowing treated water reuse for toilet flushing and other non-potable applications
This innovative design not only saves space but also ensures higher efficiency, better water quality, and sustainability. The plant is working perfectly, and the outlet results are truly remarkable!
