We are thrilled to announce the successful commissioning of a 20 Kilo Liters per Day (KLD) Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for a prominent client in the Screw, Fastener Manufacturing, and Die Casting sector. This industrial wastewater treatment facility has been specifically engineered to handle the complex effluent typical of metal finishing, parts degreasing, and casting processes, which includes challenging contaminants like heavy metals, oils, and high suspended solids. The plant is currently operating at full capacity and stability, utilizing our proprietary Physio-Chemical Treatment followed by a Tertiary Filtration step to ensure robust pollutant removal. We are proud to confirm that our preliminary internal analysis shows the treated water's outlet quality is performing significantly better than the stringent norms set by the CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board). We are now awaiting the final official third-party lab reports, which will quantify the exact parameters such as BOD, COD, and heavy metal removal efficiency, and we look forward to sharing these definitive results with our network soon.
